Shipping policy

Standard Shipping | £3.49 | 3-5 working days for delivery.

Express Shipping | £4.49 | 1-2 days working days for delivery.

Working days are Mon-Fri

If you order on a Friday after 9 am, your order will be dispatched the following Monday.

We do not ship on Bank holidays. Orders placed then will be processed the next working day.

We are not currently shipping outside the U.K.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your order hasn't been delivered 14 days after the shipping date, we are able to offer compensation for the loss. Please contact us after this 14-day window if you have not yet received your item, so we can take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Additionally, if your order is shown as 'delivered', but you have not received it, you must inform us within 4 weeks of the stated delivery date. This allows us to investigate and address the issue promptly. Claims made after this 4-week period may not be eligible for compensation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
