Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

FAQ
When Will My Gift Be Shipped?
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and arrives the next working day in around 95% of cases, although this is not guaranteed.
Do you send an invoice or receipt with my gift?
No. We understand most of our gifts are sent directly to the recipient so we don't include any invoices with our gifts. If you would like an invoice, please send us a message on hello@heavenlyboxes.co.uk
and we will arrange this for you.
Will my gift have full delivery tracking?
Yes, all gifts will be sent using a fully tracked delivery service. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your gift and see when your gift has been delivered.
