When Will My Gift Be Shipped?
We normally ship within 1 working day of placing your order. For Chilled items, please allow upto If you require delivery on or after a specific date, please let us know when placing your order and we’ll be happy to schedule it accordingly.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and arrives the next working day in around 95% of cases, although this is not guaranteed.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. We’ll send your VAT invoice once payment has been received. If you haven’t received it or would like us to resend it, please email us at hello@heavenlyboxes.co.uk.
Will my gift have full delivery tracking?
Yes, all gifts will be sent using a fully tracked delivery service. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your gift and see when your gift has been delivered.
