Difficult to rate the quality of the goods received because it was sent directly as a gift. However the process was easy and efficient. I'd forgotten to fill in the gift message when this was ordered and the problem was graciously fixed before ever the parcel was sent. A lovely personal company to work with. I'll use them again.
